  11. ITI Machine Shop Fitters Salary: INR 26,000/- approx + OvertimeQualification : ITI

Should be perfect in Marking, Drilling the components as per drawing in addition to routine Bench work of filing, Scrapping, Opening & Boxing upon of machines, sub assembles etc. Conversant with reading Engineering Drawing/marking/ drilling & assembly and operation of other workshop machinery like Shaper/slotter/Radial Drill/Power Press/Iron worker cum Punching Machine etc. Higher skilled technician with 5-7 years experience.   13. Steel Structural Fabricators Salary: INR 32,000/- approx
  14. Capable of 100% reading the Engineering Drawings & fabrication of Moulds, Capable of Independent working for fabrications of pressure tanks, ladders, structure as per drawing funnels, Chimneys, Double Curve Pier Moulds, Wall Fabrications, Slab Form works, Circular Mould, Pier Mould, Pier Head and Conveyer etc

    1. Should be 100% EFFICIENT in reading Engineering drawings as he would be required to fabricate the items from such drawings only

The Board of Director of Overseas Manpower Corporation of Tamilnadu ( A Govt. of Tamilnadu Undertaking) intends to reach Australian Employer to bring more opportunities for the potential youth in Tamilnadu by way of getting suitable jobs for the youths in India. To achieve this, the OMCL invites expression of interest from prominent / experienced persons to work as Consultant for the OMCL so as to source, suitable vacancies from Australia.

      Persons who are interested must have proven track records in doing similar work for any other recruiting agencies in India or anywhere in the part of the World. Preference to be given to the persons who have depth knowledge, experience and recordical evidence showing their relevancy in connection with the canvassing recruiting sourcing maintaining relationship with reference to recruitment process, etc particularly to Australia.

    5. CRITERIA FOR THE SELECTION OF THE CONSULTANT APPOINTMENT

      3. Past experience of the applicant particularly with reference to the recruitment to Australia
    6. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION:

    8. HONORARIUM :

      1. The successfully selected and appointed applicant as Consultant to Australia Recruitment Process will be paid a specified amount as Honorarium.
      2. The Honorarium will be paid to the successfully appointed applicant as per the decision of the Managing Director.
      3. The Honorarium will be given on deployment basis
      4. The candidate is considered as deployed after he/she is landed at Australia on proper employment Visa.

      6. The Honorarium will be maximum of 10% to the Service Charges to be collected from the successfully deployed candidates by the OMCL.

      8. The Managing Director reserves rights to forfeit or partly pay or cancel the Honorarium to the Consultant at any point of time.
    9. TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR APPOINTMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR RECRUITING ELIGIBLE PERSONS :

      2. The Overseas Manpower Corporation Ltd seeks services of experienced persons to carry out recruitment to Australia for various categories as sourced by the Consultants to be appointed by the OMCL.

      3. Scope:
      4. The Consultant to be appointed is expected to, but not limited to do the following:

        1. To study and analyse the gap between the supply and demand of the India & Australia respectively
        2. Based on the studies/analysies on demand existing in Australia may be materialized by preparing a detailed report on demand in various departments, industries, Establishment in Australia, so as to source the suitable candidates in India or elsewhere.
        3. To know thoroughly about the latest rules and execution of the deployment activities in connection with the Australian Immigration Policy/Procedures/ Rules etc
        4. To have close relationship with the various authorities such Immigration, Visa, Training, Assessment etc of Australia.
        5. To get essential and necessary details from the potential employers in connection with the demand from various employers in Australia such as various categories, qualification, experience, Age, Salary, nature of visa, contractual period, training& examination needed etc, may be provided to the OMCL for flawless execution of deployment service. Any other problems to be expected in the near future inconnection with the recruitment process, deployment process etc may also be informed in advance.

    VACANCIES FOR KUWAIT

    Vacancies available for Heavy Duty Drivers  and Labourers for M/s. Tele Communication Consultants India, Kuwait (Government of India Project).

    Heavy Drivers:

    Category -I: The Drivers must have 10th Standard pass certificate, valid Kuwait Driving License and must have completed 2 years in India after repatriation from Kuwait.  The monthly salary including food allowance will be KD 130 per month.

    Category-II:   The drivers must have 10th standard pass certificate, GCC Driving license/expired Kuwaiti Driving license.  Those Drivers shall have to work as labour till the time he obtains Kuwaiti Driving License.  During this period, the monthly salary including food allowance will be KD 100 per month.  Upon acquiring Kuwaiti Driving license, the monthly salary including food allowance will be KD 130 per month.

    Category-III: The drivers must have 10th Standard pass certificate and valid Indian Driving license.  Those Drivers shall have to work as labour till the time he obtains Kuwaiti Driving license.   During this gap period, the monthly salary including food allowance will be KD 85 per month.   Upon acquiring Kuwaiti Driving license, the monthly salary including food allowance will be KD 130 per month.

    LABOURERS:   Candidates should have experience of digging work in soft and hard soil.  The monthly salary including food allowance will be KD 80 per month.  Age limit : 22 to 45 years.
    Passport should have a minimum period of 30 months validity.
