MANPOWER SUPPLY ON RECEIPT OF ENQUIRY FROM OVERSEAS CLIENTS :

  • Suitable C.V. From Data Bank will be forwarded to Clients for preselection.
  • In case of dearth of required candidates, advertisements and press release will be issued in leading dailies. Advertisement cost can be shared based on volume of recruitment. In case of bulk recruitment entire cost will be borne by OMC.
  • Mobilizing Candidates for interview at Chennai or at Centres preferred by client.
  • Arranging for trade test in Government or leading private institutions.
  • Holding selected candidates till receipt of Visas.
  • Arranging medical examination, Visa stamping, Emigration clearance and timely deployment of selected candidates.

    Details & Benefits under the Social Security Scheme extended as date:

    2. Compensation for accident occurring anywhere in the World Rs.5 lakhs to Rs.10 lakhs and as per the coverage extended.

    3. Education grant of Rs.50,000/- each to two children below 25 years as on date of accident

    4. Marriage grant of Rs.50,000/- each to two unmarried daughters

    1. Reimbursement of Medical & Hospitalization expenses incurred in India upto Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 2 lakhs during a period of 5 years for illness or accidents and as per the coverage extended.
