1.

Chairman & Managing Director

Appointing authority to the post of Manager, Assistant Managers and all others. He is the disciplinary authority to initiate disciplinary action against employees and to award minor and major punishment up to Manager level.
2.
Managing Director (when chairman is another IAS officer)
Appointing authority to the posts of Manager, Assistant Manager, Assistant, Junior Assistant, Driver, Steno Typist, Typist, Record Clerk, Office Assistant and Watchman. Leave sanction authority to all employees. He is the disciplinary authority to initiate disciplinary action against employees and to award minor and major punishment up to Assistant level. He is the sanctioning authority to award loans and advances to the employees.
3.
Administrative Officer
To assist Managing Director and maintain overall supervision and discipline in the office.
4.
Managers
To manage recruitment, training, data bank etc. independently and with the overall guidance and approval of C.M.D
5.
Other employees
The employees are attached to various sections and they are doing the duties assigned to them by way of issuance of office orders by Chairman & Managing Director and Administrative Officer from time to time.
